You will learn the basic technique of Body JournalingTM
and receive coaching on how to develop a more harmonious
relationship with your body. You will have opportunities to
practice Body JournalingTM in a safe and supportive atmosphere in the group, as well as on your own. You will also have a Body JournalingTM buddy whom you'll talk to between sessions about your experiences Body JournalingTM.
You will discover how to be more present in your life even when you're stressed and experience a method of self healing.

will be assisting with the facilitation of this work. A
professional educator, Ritama has been a meditator, spiritual seeker,
and personal growth enthusiast for decades. She has studied
shamanism for several years. She is also a Certified Radiance Breath
Worker. Ritama has experienced the benefits of Body JournalingTM first hand and supported its development. |
